so I have never used a curling one before and I'm new to extensions and I wanted something to be able to curl it to blend my shorter layers with the longer layers. I wasn't sure what size I wanted to get in this ended up being perfect because of the variety of barrels. switching them is super duper easy and this was my first time using it and as you can see it's far from perfect but that's user error LOL it comes with the heat safe glove, use it. it gets hot. it has two different heat settings. I used the hottest and the curls stayed for 2 days. of course after sleeping with the girls I had to touch a few up but couldn't ask for more. if something from customer service could reach out I would appreciate it. I might send a message. one of my barrels had a dent in it and it's the one I've been using on my daughter for dance so I would like to see about a replacement for that one barrel in particular but other than that it's great. I would recommend it to anybody that is looking for a good quality barrel on a budget. you really can't beat it. plus it's pretty LOL and it comes with a storage bag that zips up to store all of your different stuff!

Bought this as a birthday gift for my daughter and she LOVES it. Great quality.

Edit: So I gave it a try and it seems to be getting easier to separate the pieces after using it more often. You have to use two hands, as it doesn't easily pop apart. It heats up well and provides long lasting curls. The company did contact me and wanted to resolve the issue with a credit or new product. I will be keeping it with no credit since I believe it is working fine, I just hope the plastic holds up.I just received this yesterday. Seems to heat up well, however it is nearly impossible to get the attachments on and off easily. I'm not sure if mine is defective but the buttons to pop the attachments off don't work as they should. You have to all but rip the attachment out and with it being made of plastic, it won't last long. Haven't used it to say anything about how it curls. Probably going to return!

Bought to do my hair for a wedding and unlike other 'cheaper' tongs these gave a good curl that lasted actually all day and night. Easy to use and the heat protector glove worked a treat.

Livraison rapide et bien emballée. La produit est plutôt jolie même si ce n'est pas ce qu'on lui demande mais cela donne un petit plus. Une trousse de rangement est fournie vraiment très pratique pour tout ranger au même endroit. Niveau fonctionnement, les différents embouts se clipsent et se déclipsent très facilement. Chauffe vite et bien. Le gant est pratique pour ne pas se brûler lors des manipulations. Petit bémol le fait que l'appareil ne soit pas rotatif automatiquement.
