I bought this shortly after finding out I was pregnant because I started sleeping horrible at night. This pillow was a game changer because it keeps me sleeping on my side and makes me feel supported and helps relieve the pain in my hips. My husband calls it my “cocoon” and said he wants one too!The cover comes off and is washable.The only thing I would have to say is that if you are very tall it may be a little tricky to get comfortable in it. I’m 5’8” and I think if I was a few inches taller I may not be as comfortable. Other than that it is great!!!
