We bought two of these for an outdoor shower. They look great and work perfectly. Beyond the product though, this company deserves five stars. I had a problem with one of the valves a year after ordering and installing and they had a replacement to me within a few days. Amazing customer service.

We installed an outdoor shower in our home. We have a hot tub & cold plunge and wanted to be able to shower off outside. My husband installed it and it has been great. Our grandchildren come over just to shower outside before bed. The handheld piece works great for the little ones. The water pressure is good and it fits perfectly in the space.

UPDATE to leaking valve: Turns out a direct replacement valve is DANCO 89902 for Glacier Bay Aquasource. $20USD out the door at your local Blue Box home improvement store. And guess what? NO LEAKING!Purchased in late 2023 and installed in outdoor shower early 2024. Worked well enough last summer. Not great but okay. Ran the lines dry and left them open to dry for MONTHS before the first freeze. There was ZERO water in the lines. None.First time using it this year and the valve is leaking. Badly. Contacted MOSSON thru Amazon CS and they're happy to send me another one-off valve and it will only cost me $30 in shipping! Using this logic the 10-year warranty will cost me $300 on a $90 item.Learn from me, save your money and keep looking.

It was great for 1 summer and fall. Properly drained and water shut off over the mild winter. Lower pipe was leaking when I tried to use it this spring. The nut that is supposed to be attached to the lower pipe separated and cannot be fixed. I've reached out to customer support for their "10 year warranty".While the product did fail after one year, customer support responded quickly and sent me a replacement in just a few days. They were impressively easy to work with.

This fixture is beautiful especially for the price point. Heads up - the installation instructions are lacking. We used the video on the Amazon product description for reference, which helped better than the printed instructions. The first time we installed this it leaked everywhere. After reading several positive reviews about the customer service, I contacted the company about our issue. They were quick to respond and said to keep the old fixture and they would send out a new one free of charge.After a couple of weeks the new fixture still had not arrived. Turns out it's an issue delivering to where we live. I contacted customer service again. They were again quick to respond and offered to pay the additional shipping fee to have the new product mailed to us. We FINALLY got the new fixture. This time it worked great! We did add in washers this time (didn't see anything about this in the instructions), meaning the first fixture may have actually been fine. Oh well. Glad we have an outdoor shower now!
