Very effective but a bit pricey

This pill has literally saved my knees. Being a retired surgical nurse, I put miles on my legs every day for years. Had old injuries from when I was a teenager to both my knees and over time it started to show in my knees with almost total debilitation without taking something for it to get through my shifts. After I had been on this pill for a few weeks to a month the pain got less and less until now there is no pain at all. But if I stop taking it, the pain comes back after about a week. The last time taught me a lesson. Don't stop taking the pill! It is one pill a day. It has saved my knees.

It appears to work. Like other reviews, I feel better, can move more easily, much less pain or stiffness. I also quit putting 2 sugar cubes in my tea. Just that small amount did help. I will keep using the Instaflex Advanced.

This is the FIRST remedy that actually works. I recommend, and I'm at an average 10,000 steps a day, going up and down in ditches. Couldn't live without it!

im not sure it did seem to help, a little but was not happy I thought i was getting 2 orders of product and found that it was 2 bottles of 14 caplets.very expensive. i dont think i will be able to keep taking it. too expensive a month . for me to be able to take.
