Q: How many times can you use it before you throw it in the trash?

I got tens of uses from each one. Mostly I use mine to clear away smudges and incidental pieces of dust, etc. They wouldn’t last if you didn’t remove any real debris first.

Q: Has anyone tried these for cleaning mini blinds? Product dimensions are for the "package" & I can't judge the size from the pics. Would these work?

I just tried after seeing your question and yes you could use to clean mini blinds, but is just a tad more narrow than slat so seems rather tedious to me.

Q: Can these be cleaned and reused?

I did take a couple of them apart, washed, and reassembled. They are tiny though and it was a bit tedious. I would not do it again. However, I did get a new piece of the eyeglass cloth and used it to replace the original one and it was easier.
