This is the very best fry pan for the money!Tri-ply is the very best heat distribution and they just made it better by making the layers thinner. Quicker to heat up and cool while still giving an even heat distribution. The no exposed rivets makes for a better cooking experience and easier clean-up. The depth and curve of the pan is taken from the very best European chefs kitchens. The clean edge gives a no drip finish to the pan.The bolt on handle is still as secure as you will ever need while allowing for reduce shipping costs that are passed on to you. My only wish is than the bolt holes in the handle were smaller and more fitted to the bolts for an even more secure handle.

I bought the 8" and will be buying the 12" as well. I wanted to get away from pans with non-stick coating because, I don't care what they claim, they all wind up scratched and chipped. This pan comes with instructions on when to add oil, oil temp, etc. but all I do is spray with a cooking spray, bring to temp and it works beautifully for non-stick. It has a nice weight and balance, and I expect it to last pretty much forever.

I got this pan as I am getting in to cooking different things and wanted to learn more about using stainless steel pans.So far this has been a great pan for me. I feel like it heats evenly and I’m able to get a good practice with it. I’ve had no issues cleaning it and even have used the scrub daddy clean paste to get any of the marks at the bottom made from the stove/fire. It still looks brand new and I’ve had it for a couple of months and use it often

I got this because people were saying don't use the other kinds of pans with the non stick coating. But stainless steel seems hard to maintain and keep clean and perfect. Maybe you’re not supposed to keep it too perfect but I am finding it hard to keep clean. I may purchase a slightly bigger one soon tho because I do like how my eggs come out.

Good product for good price. No risk of burning hands. Handle doesn’t get hot even while cooking. Unlike the stainless steel pans, food doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan(cooked on medium). Ideal for cooking on low to medium heat.

Probably my own spatial challenges but I expected this to be slightly bigger than it was. It's a nice pan tho - looks nice, made well, great price - and works well on our induction burner.

These pans are the best I’ve ever used. So far nothing sticks and cleans up easily.

These are the first stainless pan’s we’ve owned or used. The handles will need to be put on by the purchasing owners but it comes with a wrench. Negative is having to put them together but the plus is that there ste no river heads inside the pans to clean around
