Everthing an XT-30 should be.
Good little plugs. Be careful about soldering them--the nylon can melt if you get it too hot. To prevent this, I'll usually solder to a male and female pair plugged together, then unplug whichever end I wasn't actually soldering to. It holds the pins in place so that even if the nylon softens, the pin won't wind up crooked.
