The ear plugs provided with this 100% waterproof are the best with just the flexibility sealing all the water out while I do my swimming. This one beats Adaptek, SwimAudio and many other swimming devices I have been using for decades. I thank two individuals Russ and German Gomez who answered my question. The short cord is actually slightly longer than the Adaptek which fits nicely with my decade old iRiver MP3 player fitted with iH2O water jacket for certain models of iRIver players with its "wet suit" and seal. iRiver software works only with Windows XP unless it is formatted as a USB device losing the ability to program the songs instead of using the shuttle. I have just placed another order of the Sigomatech just in case they discontinue its listing in Amazon.com as did with Adaptek. Before the end of this year, I may place another order. Need to swim more to stay healthy with the awful Trump Care (??) at age of almost 76.

I've bought about 5 different kind of "active" headphones. I use them when I ride my motorcycle. All of them have been mediocre except for this one! This is the only design that actually stays in your ear in demanding conditions, and it blocks out a bunch of ambient/wind noise to boot.The other designs with the thing that sticks out on top to fit inside your ear don't really work that well, and I haven't had good luck with the headphones that have the clip that goes behind your ear either. This design really stays inside your ear. Its not that comfortable after an hour or so, but not any worse than most other "in-the-ear" headphones really.If you really want your headphones to stay in no matter what, these are the ones to buy.

I loved these at first. The cord is the perfect length and the ear buds stay put in your ears, where they're supposed to, instead of sliding around. My low rating is because after about two months one side started shorting out and then a few days later the other one followed suit. If I hold my head and tongue just right and close one eye, one side sort of works. But it's a difficult pose to maintain and you get lots of stares from passersby. Maybe I just got a bad set.

Been using these for swimming and they stay nonstop with the waterproof eartipsSound is loud and no cracks nor cable induced annoyances which is good but expect no more quality than basic. Music is there present with some highs and lows but congested and very mid/one-two toned balanced... If once I expected to find hi-fi in the pool I begin to feel it will never existCosts 10 usd over the AGPTEK which is EXACTLY the same (chinese) made without the hard case ... so it is 10usd for the case.. a nice onelacking star only expresses my wish for better fidelity

This swimming headphone worked very well underwater. Sound quality is very good. The chosen earpiece fit snugly. It has a one year warranty. One of the two sides quit working after about five months. On using the company-provided code to replace the headphones Amazon kept returning an error (coupon out of date) message. The seller provided evidence that was not true, the code should have worked. Twice contacting Amazon customer service about the code problem was twice wasting my time. They said contact the seller. After some back and forth trying to figure out the problem, the seller's representative ended up mailing me a new set of headphones. Works great!Recommend.

Arrived quickly and work in water. However, they are too large for my tiny ear holes, so come out a lot. There are different size ear inserts, but still too large and I've had smaller on another brand. If they are not positioned well, can't hear sound, even my friend who has larger ears had this. They seem to be holding up fine as far as water proofing after two swims.

The ones I originally got with my Syryn player were great, but one of them stopped working. I got these for replacement ($20 cheaper) but the cord is longer than the Syryn ones, which is no biggie, but it means I have to loop it under the back of the googles.

Seems to use the same mold as Swimbuds, but in black and half priced. Sound seems about the same as Swimbuds, so okay but nothing special.Not perfect, as the cord is too long, and the packaging is a kind of cheap, but the carrying case is handy.
