Can you use the spotter arms for flat bench? I feel like they are being deceptive saying this is for bench.

Yeah good question. We got this and have been using it for a few months. While it is not ideal for bench you can technically use it for bench and we have. The spotter arms however don't go as high as you would want for the barbell to sit for bench. So you're starting point to lift the barbell is a little lower than it should be. So all that to say, I think it is a little misleading to say that it is ideal for bench. But you can make it work.

Does this come with folding weight bench?

I think there is an option to buy it as a set, however the bench in the set didn’t have the leg extension option so I opted to buy the rack separately and bought a better Harison bench to go with it. Both are very sturdy and well built. Height and width djustments are easy and practical. Not hard to assemble. My 13 year old took care of that for me.

Does it come with a bench?

Yes it comes with the bench. However, initially my order did not come with a bench but they realize their mistake and resent it.
