The media could not be loaded. I Was a little concerned after reading reviews of how it’s flimsy and not very stable. But a it is one of the more affordable lights so I decided to give it a try anyways. I was super careful putting it together and gently adjusted the lights out of fear It would easily snap. And it was a success. All the lights work. And you can even pick how many lights you want turned on.I haven’t used it yet. So I hope it last very long. And will be attempting to use it everyday to see if I feel a change in my body soreness and skin complexion. *I will say be gentle and careful when screwing the lights to the stand as the connect piece is not a tough plastic.**also the usb wire (it DOES come with an outlet convert) isn’t very long just so you bare that in mind*

Very easily adjustable, good timer , connector of arms unit to tripod broke when dropped, but stays on for use. (Just a bit wiggly.) Good value. Helps relieve pain.

So it's a year later and it's still in one piece, the remote still works and all the lights are operational. I don't know if this improved my skin because I have a skin routine and prescription creams for it. What I do know for sure is that it helps with sleep. I get sleepy every time I go under it so I use it only at night, I suffer from insomnia so I know this is what makes the difference. The quality of sleep is so deep and restful. Plus it's a good ambiance if you have company over if you know what I mean.

I very much liked the design, it was easy to use. However, two days after the return deadline one of the lights stopped working. Today it's 8 days after the return deadline and now it's 2 lights that aren't functioning.Therefore, the quality is mediocre and bad for the environment since it seems as this might not last 8 weeks at this rate.Save your money and try a different LED

Setup was easy & effortless. My niece, however, knocked it over & the lamps broke away from the base support. I put a little superglue around the connection spot & voilá! Good as new! It would be nice if the manufacturer would reinforce this weak spot prior to shipping.As far as it working as intended: I bought for dad after leg surgery to speed healing. I can't attest to whether it did or not, but he did say that his leg felt like it was getting warm and he could feel that it was doing something, so 5 stars from us!

The media could not be loaded. I liked that I ordered it on April 7th and received it promptly on April 8th thanks to Amazon Prime. Opened up the box and it was pretty simple to assemble as it’s only 2 pieces - the tripod-like stand and the arm with 4 adjustable light “wands.” You can move the wands to hit specific areas of your body. I used the lamp the first night I got it. I laid in bed comfortably and placed the lamp close to the edge of the bed. I was able to spread out the “wands” to cover my body from neck to toes. Nice glow, relaxing. It’s much too early to tell how effective this light is but I will surely update my review in a month. I’m excited to try it and see if it helps my knee and elbow pain and, of course, I’m eager to see what it can do for my skin. I’ll keep you updated.Updated review on 4/24/23: This is an unfortunate review, an update on my new red light lamp. I attempted to use the red light lamp last night for the 2nd time. I screwed the top part - the arm with the light wands - into the tripod thing. It would not attach. It would not stay in place. I tried repeatedly, even turning the tripod upside down to make screwing it in more secure. It attached but the second you move it, it falls off. The faulty piece is the plastic disc that covers the wires on the bottom of the arm - the part that is supposed to attach the arm to the tripod. I tried over and over to get the arm to stay put but I could not. It’s defective. It’s unfortunate because I was very much looking forward to using this device regularly but, after just one use, it is broken. I will reach out to the seller for a new device or a complete refund. I will update further.

I love by this thing! It sets me up for bed time perfectly, it doesn’t put out heat which I did wish it had the option!

the light is super red, says it has the proper wavelength of light - feels like it works, but - have had it for less then a year and 2 of the light tubes have broken completely - no illumination, light use. have maybe used it 15 times?build quality definitely questionable.
