Over the years I have tried virtually every different type of brush head that Philips have introduced for their Sonicare electric toothbrushes, so how do these latest premium versions compare with the older versions, some of which are still available here on Amazon for a lot less??I personally find that the ultra soft bristles of the Philips Sonicare for Sensitive teeth Philips Sonicare Sensitive replacement toothbrush heads for sensitive teeth, HX6053/64, 3-pk does a slightly better job in keeping my teeth spotlessly clean and plaque free (10 being a cleaning and polishing from the dentist, 9.8 for the ultra soft Sonicare for Sensitive teeth and 9.7 for the Sonicare Premium Gum Care). I would rate this new premium product equal in its efficacy to the well known gold standard of teeth cleanliness and gum health, the Sonicare Diamond Clean Philips Sonicare DiamondClean replacement toothbrush heads, HX6062/94, Black 2 count.Having said that though I must admit that this premium product is worthy of both its premium name and price. The upgrade in the design of embedding the groups of bristles into a soft/flexible silicone type rubber head makes this the most comfortable brush head to use for this user. No more bruised gums, plus the added flexibility make brushing the inside surfaces of your teeth easier as it flexes slightly to the shape and form of your teeth and mouth.Highly recommended and a worthwhile upgrade to the Philips Sonicare brush head line up.Edited 1-16-2018: To add a couple of photos for size comparison between the different brush heads. Plus a few customers seemed to have problems that the bristles came loose or fell out after only a few uses. After using mine about 3 to 4 times a week for the past 3 months, it's still doing an excellent job, and as seen in the pics below, still holding up well.

I have very sensitive gums, and these toothbrush heads don’t make me bleed.

These are nice, fit well, don't seem to be a step down in quality from the original brushes. Except the brush head/bristles does seem small. Seem to me to be smaller that the original brush head, which is not ideal.I like that new clear plastic covers for the brush heads are included.

Sonicare is the best, and the heads are high quality. Nothing beats OEM

I love these toothbrush heads. I have a small mouth and they work just fine for me even though they are full size. I've always preferred medium bristles but these also don't agitate my gums. I just wish the G3 came in the big packs like the others.
