Could this oil be used for pocket knives/ fixed blades?

I have Damascus kitchen knives that I use this oil on. Great product

My hoppes #9 did not have a plastic seal when i received it in the mail. neither the 2.25oz bottle or the needle bottle. is this normal?

Neither bottle comes from the manufacturer with a seal unfortunately.

Does the refillable squeeze bottle come with Hoppe's in it, or is that empty?

Is this oil considered clp oil or do i need to get clp oil to help clean my gun?

This oil is for lubrication only. You should buy clp separately for cleaning your gun.
