What do the sizes mean? I see the a 12 , which is what my son is ( a big boy 12, husky fella) but is that 12 in toddlers or ...?

The size chart is pretty accurate. I got a size 14 for my 11, almost-12-year-old son. The 12 is not toddler, the toddler sizes have a "T" on them and 12 months shows up as a months range like 6-12.

Is the pants skinny fitted?

Oh no they are not skinny fit they were a little baggy fit on my son

10 year old slim. What size to get? Shoulder length 13 in, arm length 19.5 in, jacket length 19-20in, inseam 21in and pants - 32in.. waist 22-23in
