He was able to use the tool provided to take some links out for a perfect fit for both of us. Please note that these are self winding mechanical watches, no battery to replace. So if you miss wearing the watch one day you might need to wind it and reset the time as the watch self winds from the movement of your wrist. We have gotten so many compliments on these watches. A really beautiful watch!

This is the 2nd band like this that I put in watches. Comfortable and attractive. I wore a watch with this band in the ocean, pulled it off, hit it with soap and water, then ran it under the faucet. It dried very quickly and was still just like new… James Bond, in 2 movies, used this same style band with a Rolex and an Omega.

Was very convenient they came with a small tool to remove the link pins.

A lot of ones I got weren't doing it, but this watch worked right out of the box and keeps working.The look of it is awesome, the quality is great too.I really like the feel of it on my wrist and it comes with reasonable packaging.Removing pieces of it to adjust the size was pretty simple and overall I'm really happy with this one.
