Q: Can someone please upload a photo of the hanger on the back of a mirror? I need the mirrors to be completely flat against the wall.

The hooks can be removed. I removed mine and applied tape.

they all come with a hook already mounted on the back, you just need a nail to hang them from.

Q: Can you etch a design on these mirrors?

I would say yes they can be etched. They are a bit thin.
