The shoulder strap ripped loose in the first week of use and came completely off this morning. I purchased this Aug 8th, the kids have only been back to school three weeks and the backpack is not usable because the shoulder strap ripped loose.

Cheap thin material poorly made very disappointed. Well definitely need to buy another backpack through the school year . Will be surprised if it lasts a month
