What is the difference between this set and the other coolife luggage sets (b07c2qcb3g, b07cgb217n, b01gnmmq8w)? is it just the shell design?

My handle suddenly stopped working, which doesn’t allow me to use the rolling feature. What should I do?

If it doesn't work, please let us know and we'll continue to offer help to you. 1) Pull down the interior zipper and make sure the guide of the telescopic handle is not extremely deformed or have any obvious damage. 2) Identify the pins preventing the handle to come out. (Take note the large size and middle size suitcases have 4 pins. And carry-on size only has 2 pins.) 3) Press the button of the handle and spot out which one of the pins is stuck. 4) Push the pin into the small hole and pull the handle. 5) Close the inner zip, so to restore the interior of your luggage. Is the smaller one true to size? Is it 20in from bottom of Wheels to top of handle?

How much do these each weigh?

I have never weighed them, but they are very lightweight and they have wheels that spin effortlessly. So glad we bought them.

Hardcase design with double wheels

This luggage seems very durable and I especially like the features of "double-wheels" and the automatic locking system. It took me awhile to set-up the "lock system". The descriptive paper with directions for the lock-system was a bit evasive and it took me several minutes to figure out which buttons to push.

Very durable luggage!

I ordered this luggage set for a recent trip. After several plane transfers and a lot of rolling at the airport, on pavement and inside the home, it held up beautifully! The wheels rolled so smoothly and made the pieces so maneuverable.I also love the TSA locks. I don’t have to worry about my locks being cut off for inspection and left unsecured.

COOLIFE Luggage

My first time purchasing luggage that isn't soft sided. I knew I would have to give up the outside zippered pouches which I wasn't sure would work for me. But decided to try it. I love that every piece is very lightweight and the rollers are great. Only used them once so far so can't comment on airline abuse but so far so good. I really like the new locks on each piece. Seems durable and easy to use. Looking forward to my next trip via airlines and will know more then.

Great three piece set. One is perfect for a carry on and all three have great wheels and extending handles. Held up great on our trip and we'll enjoy many more!

Wheel crushes on second trip

Love the easy of using the luggage, but the medium suitcase arrived after my second flight with the wheel crushed in. Totally unusable and no guarantee to get a replacement.
