Cuisinart did not include the fryer & unit height dimensions. From the floor to top what is the height?

Do you mean the height on a counter? If you do it is approx. 13 1/2" from counter. It is 15 1/2" wide and 11 1/2" in depth. It should be 2-4 inches away from a wall or another appliance on counter. Hope this was helpful. I think if you read the detail write up it will be more actuate. I just measured mine with a measuring tape.

Can you leave it plugged in

I do not leave it plug in as the directions say not to but i have on space directly by where i can plug it in easly

How much Overhead clearance does it nedd?

Not sure. I have about 12 inches.

Will it fit 9 x 13 pan?

The pan that comes with is 11x12 3/8. So I’m guessing a 13” pan might be a little too big.
