How long does it take to do a complete load of dishes

This is a really tough question... this dishwasher actually has sensors that automatically adjust the cycle length depending on how dirty the wash water becomes during operation but on average expect about 2 hours or a little more. It also has a cycle for when the dishes are relatively clean called Speed 60 which runs for just 60 minutes. (it's the one I use most with excellent results) If you can find a copy of the instruction manual to look at, pages 24 & 25 have detailed charts showing all the possibilities.

how easy is it to clean the filter of this dishwasher?

It's very easy to clean this filter... simply easily rotate large plastic knob 1/4 turn counter-clockwise and lift assembly up and out. Wipe and rinse as necessary then put back in. Can be accomplished by simply pulling bottom rack outwards to expose inside bottom of washer

Is the drain hose and power cord included? What do I need to irder to do the installation? How hard is the installation?

The drain hose was included but I had to pick up a cord at home depot. No big deal. Just ask a worker for a dishwasher electrical cord for your style of dishwaser. In under an hour I had the old dishwasher out and the new one put in. If you know how to use basic tools you should be fine. Just make sure you have the circuit for your dishwaser turned off at the electrical box. Read the instructions that come with the new unit. It will help.

on "auto" how long until the rinse?

That will depend on the contents.
