Those mats work pretty well! I could not stand on that with my bare foot, too painful. But works well! After my feet got massage. My feet felt warm , pretty good! That's exactly what I want. And the color are beautiful! I put them in my living room and use them when I watch tv.

Terrible product. You can't stand nor walk on these mats. They are too stiff. Useless and very painful on bare feet.
