I had been using another, more expensive brand of sugar free brown sugar (Sukra) which I loved and was happy with. I saw this Splenda version which was significantly less expensive and bought a bag since I go through a LOT of sugar free brown sugar. My husband is diabetic so I can only use sugar free sweeteners in cooking and baking and I also own a home bakery that specializes in sugar free baked goods. It is safe to say that I know my artificial sweeteners!I found the Splenda brand to be just as good as the other brand and I actually liked the texture of the Splenda brown sugar substitute better than the other brand as it isn't as sticky. With the Splenda brand, it is a quality sugar substitute that tastes good, works well, and is a better value than the other brands. When I used this to sprinkle on top of my apple hand pies, it smelled heavenly and no one could tell that they were sugar free! (Well, no added sugar due to the natural sugar in the apples.) The zip lock top is very handy and it is easy for my arthritic hands to use.

Excellent product for baking or anything that calls for Brown Sugar.

Great substitute for brown sugar.

As a borderline diabetic I try to make treats with low/no sugar. This worked spoonful to spoonful as normal sugar in some cookies I made. They did not turn out as sweet as I wanted but didn't significantly raise my sugar levels.

I have made several Apple galletts and used this as a sweetener. Turned out delicious!

Love this product as it such a help adhering to my Weight Watchers plan.
