Why does your title say "colibri 300 ml 2-pack" and your product description says "colibri pack of 1 300 ml"?

I think that it's just a typo error. The 2-pack/300 ml of Colibri Premium Butane is $24.99 A 1-pack/300 ml of Colibri is $16.99.

How many times refined and how many times distilled? seller? Anyone?

I checked the back label of the item. There is no mention of number of times refined nor times distilled. What it does state, "Quality is Purity" and it states to be 99.9994% pure. I have been using Colibri for several of years and have never had any issues with it.

Is this triple refined fuel?

Yes, at least. This is an old company that has been around a loooong time. Their lighters are always my first choice.
