Everything seems to be working as it should

I bought the grill brand new spent the time putting it together and it didn’t work it was throwing codes so after multiple days of trying to get a new thermostat they finally agreed to send it to me….never received it now I’m another 3-4 days of trying to get them to send another one! It’s just annoying so go to a store and buy the grill don’t buy on Amazon!! One day I will get to use my $500 grill lol

the first attempt to get it in the house was met with a broken handle and the whole unit falling on my ankle. as i continued to try and move it, the other handle broke. I haven't gotten it out of the box but it's injured me twice.

While Traeger's are amazing, they are charging insane prices and justifying them with gimmicky value propositions like double barrel construction and convection air flow dynamic grill grates or whatever they call them. This is the best bang for the buck pellet smoker on the market. Period. I have done 3 rib racks and a 15 pound brisket for 19-20 hours in 85 degree weather and it stayed pegged at 225 degrees perfectly the entire time. This is the people's smoker!

This smoker does not produce enough smoke. Hard to keep temp correct. I would buy this again.

Worst buying experience. Bought grill directly from Zgrills in June. Expected it to be shipped to receive before July 4th holiday. Received confirmation of the order and saw my credit card charged. . Never received confirmation of shipping. Tried vainly to contact a person in Customer support. Finally received email response from ZGrills after the 4th that the grill was on back order. I decided to cancel order based on the difficulty in getting ANY response or any customer service because if this is how they treat a problem before shipping the product then their after shipping response would not be much better. It took me over 8 WEEKS to receive a refund from ZGrills on my credit card. BTW Very happy with my Pit Boss grill.

This oven has nothing to do with a grill. The meat is baked there, not fried. Moreover, the temperature distribution is extremely uneven. On the right side, the food is already burnt, while in the middle and on the left, it remains raw. Because of this, it is necessary to frequently open the oven and move the food around, causing the temperature to quickly drop.Also, they added a second shelf there. If the second shelf is installed, you have very little space to flip what is being baked on the first one.
