I bought this pan in August 2024.I use it frequently. I absolutely love this pan, because I hate washing dishes and especially pans with grease burnt onto them.I am on the carnivore diet and cook a lot of meat. This pan makes it so easy to clean up after cooking, I just hold it over the sink and spray it out with hot water, and then wipe it dry with a paper towel (which also gets any grease I might have missed). Then I lay it on the bottom shelf of my fridge for the use the next time.The finish has held up well - no problems at all. Also no warping. I put the meat into the cold pan and put it into a cold oven. I cook at low temperature - most meats I cook at 325 degrees (allowing extra time to allow for the oven to heat up). And I use only utensils of silicone or plastic.

I love this brand they’re a bit heavier but oh so sturdy and the finish is the bomb. Just so easy to clean I choose the white and gold so it was more money but I’m so in love with the colour. And it has handles which I love easier for grasping.

I have been using the frying pan and dutch oven from Caraway and wanted to get some bakeware to try out. This pan is perfect for baking brownies or cakes. It looks pretty and I am sure the food will come out easily. I will come back with an update after baking a few times in this pan.

Beautiful pan. Clean up is a breeze, cooks wonderfully.

I have baked 3 Focacia loafs that were easy to remove. The pan heats evenly and is incredibly easy to clean. The exterior scratched after first use, but i did not see how this occurred so it could have been user error.

So far, I can say Caraway far exceeds any product I have used!! Love it. I purchased these bakeware cookie sheets and cooling racks after purchasing lesser quality products! These are worth the price!!

Loving my latest pan! Was interested in buying healthier products so was excited about this

This was a bit of a game changer for me with my toaster oven. I’d been using some old steel hand me down baking sheets and often had sticky backed on bits of food that had to be vigorously scraped off and it made me avoid baking foods often due to having to always prep the pan with foil for cleanup. This allows me to cook two large chicken breast’s in my toaster oven and then a rinse usually gets rid of the mess. Absolutely worth the money.
