They are both adult and child sized.

Will clay stick to them?

I believe it will, especially if you lightly sand them. If you want to use them as a mold, put plastic wrap between the clay and mask so it doesn't stick.

what are the dimensions?

They come in 2 sizes with ur order. While I do not no the actual dimensions, I can tell you that the large one fits over a male face and the smaller o ne is the size of a female face. The masks cover the face completely. Hope this helps

Do they come with elastic?

Yes, they have elastic. (Answer from my 16 year old daughter who used them for a project)
