My daughter came to visit & RIGHT when she walked in, gave MULTIPLE compliments on how clean & shiny the floor looked... And would I give her some of what I was using on the floor. I explained it wasn't JUST a cleaning product, but, it was my New Ultenic AC1 self propelled CORDLESS wet & dry vac with their special cleaner that works great!I love that this product is backed by Ultenic's incomparable product warranty and they are the BEST at helping resolve any issue you might have from set up issues to 100% customer satisfaction for problem that may arise!They get you & your product up and running again...I also own their T10 robot vacuum that has a large auto empty receptacle and I never have to dump out my robot vacuum by hand anymore!! I'm a believer!But NOW, I just got the AC one and I will tell you what I am so excited it works great.AC1 has a rolling brush that with a couple passes, picks up even the most ground in dirt, cleans right up, in seconds with NO elbow grease!!!And I love not having to sweep first, pick up the garbage, clean mop, make mop water, wring out the mop, etc etc... THIS bad boy does it ALL & QUICK!!The AC1 Cordless Wet Dry Vac does it all at once, the EDGE CLEANING is phenomenal!!I love that it has a sanitation mode, it cleans itself, It has a "squeegee" that wipes the floor clean & suction that gets it nearly dry!And I do my kitchen & dining room in UNDER 10 mins after dinner!!Cannot believe the amount of garbage it picks up, blows my mind! And not tiny debris, it sucks up stuff that I can't believe it's in the dirty receptacle!!You gotta try one of these, read the instructions...2.5 WIFI SETUP HACK:NO NEED TO MESS WITH ANY WI-FI SETTINGS OR REPROGRAM YOUR MODEM TO HAVE SEPARATE SSIDs...I learned this one trick on a YT video & I swear by it now....If you have a 5Ghz and 2.4 ghz dual band router, chances are you'll have issues setting up the app which comes in very handy!!!UPDATE:SINCE THEY UPDATED THE SOFTWARE RECENTLY, Ultenic has done it AGAIN.... They've made the 2.4hz connection process MUCH MORE SIMPLE than any other device I've seen!! Previously you connected to a network "blind" not knowing if it was a 2.4ghz or 5, NOW, the Ultenic app SHOWS you the 2.4ghz connections, no more performing the ENTIRE network setup BLINDLY, you can now see which network your on....The instructions tell you to stay close to your router and the Ultenic device, but I'm going to tell you to do the exact opposite. The reason is because the 5ghz is not very far reaching as the 2.4, So to avoid making any changes to your router setting, just get out of the 5ghz range.I go to my back yard & about about 40 feet out, i begin the network configuration & that way, the ONLY WiFi band that reaches my backyard is the 2.4ghz!!Hopefully that helps you dual band router owners, which nearly everyone is, but it sure helped me set up my smart devices on 2.4ghz!!! I was very excited about this product & had read numerous glowing articles about it before purchasing. Unfortunately it arrived as a total lemon. Based on the other 1 star reviews here, it seems like most of these AC1 models sent out in the last couple of months have also been lemons. The unit charged and talked (a lot!) but none of the functionality ever worked (no suction, no mopping) it just spit up water all over my floor. Stay away from this terrible product!

I have only used it twice….. it picks up dirt particles, as far as deep cleaning? I don’t think its the best. However, i did let it sit over a stubborn stain on my tile. It finally removed the stickiness……its slow going process, though worth it.Bonus is the separation of debris and dirty water. It filters nicely. Easy to clean!I definitely would recommend, but I can’t say it should be the singular solution to cleaning floors.Updated:Okay 1 month later, i am absolutely loving this vacuum! I have ordered 3 more, 1- for our lake house and the other 2- for family members…….. all but one was defective….. it would charge, but when they run it, it would only vacuum for a minute before turning off? It was hot and smelled like the battery was burning. We let it cool down, but still would not run accordingly. I am returning it for a full refund!I will let y’all know how good customer service is in a few weeks, and how well they stand behind their product?Final update:I had to send 2 of my purchases back for a refund. I tried troubleshooting with the seller. They were prompt to reply…..they said I needed to update the app? I tried it, it was not successful, so I emailed the seller back. I never heard back from them!I contacted Amazon, they sent me the return label on both machines…. I carefully wrapped and packaged the vacuums back. Amazon gave me a full refund!Also, the cleaning solution if left in the the clean water tank it turns a rusty color? I think this is an issue that need to be addressed by the maker of the product. Definitely a downfall!I will say out or the 4 I kept 2. They do work well, other than we no longer use their cleaning solution, because of the rust orange color left behind.

I love this machine. Someone finally got it right. They put to 1 liter tanks for cleN and dirty water. You can get your job done without emptying the tanks.It is very user friendly. Only I had leak when it was setting still. Sent it back and this one gets dirty water in the clean water tank somehow. Need to work the bugs out. Best one I've tried.

The media could not be loaded. Love the product and how it fulfills most/all of what they claim. I use it mostly to clean up my long hair after brushing or just a general sweep/mop combo if the floor gets a little dirty.The video shows it can pick up the hair, but does have the tendency to spit it back out. This happens a few times over but eventually it'll take it up. I don't see too much of a problem with that alone.The roller brush, however, could be improved. Little hairs or trapped dirt that is too wet and small to be sucked up can stick to the inside of the lids holding the brush leading to decreased suction. This shows when you tilt it up to put it on Standby and instead of sucking the moisture from the brush so it doesn't drip, it won't do as great of a job and leave dirty water on the floor. This can be fixed by cleaning the brush itself and the lids holding it in place.It would be nice if the kit came with its own roller brush cleaner, like a paint roller cleaner. You can't really use the brush it comes with to clean the roller as it's meant for the dirty water compartment. Some sort of additional tool would be nice for it.Overall, I love it and it does a quick job for what I need. Makes my floors feel great!
