Looks nice, and all the holes in the right places...
This is a perfect fit for the ASUS TF300T (for use without keyboard... most people will be using the TF300T in tablet mode as an iPad alternative anyway). I cannot find any cases locally, as iPad hype floods local stores with Apple products, and the ASUS stuff is lost in the static. All in all, it is a simple cover that looks nice and does the job for which it was intended - protects the tablet a little, has all the holes in the right places, and stands the tablet upright for viewing. For $12, it is OK!It looks like a professional portfolio. It has the look of leather (I cannot tell if it's real, but for $12, it looks awesome!). It has a little elastic loop to hold a capacitive stylus. It protects the screen when not in use (it doesn't come with film for the screen, but the case protects the tablet from minor bumps). It folds to stand at 2 angles (as in the pictures). I like the heft of the tablet inside the case. Many complain that the tablet, by itself, has a flimsy, "plasticky" feel. The case gives it a little extra substance to grip, but doesn't add too much weight. The only complaint I might have, and why 4 stars, is that one magnet that holds the cover shut seems to have lost some magnetism. Not a big deal as I'm not worried the flap will keep opening, but still worth noting here.

Fits well, only one small issue
Overall I am very impressed with this tablet cover. The cover was clearly designed well to fit the ASUS TF300 tablet. The holes for cameras and other features line up well with those devices on the tablet. Also, the quality of the leather cover seems good, and the magnets in the flap hold it closed with just the right amount of force required to open. Overall this cover results in a very good looking tablet when you take it out on the town.My only complaint is small. The tablet slides in from the bottom, and then you stick the bottom tab underneath the tablet to hold it in the sleeve in the cover. Because you're counting on friction between leather and a tablet the small tab inevitably slides back out a little during use, letting the tablet slide down just a little, toward the "spine" of the cover. Although it rarely falls far enough down to even cover part of the screen the tablet is no longer centered in the cover, and more importantly the power button (used to wake up and sleep the tablet) is now slid down about 1/8"-1/4" between 2 parts of the cover, making pressing the button more difficult.Long story short, I like this cover, and am already considering getting another for my 2nd tablet, but it does have the one design issue that could probably be fixed with a minor redesign (or a creative consumer), but I figured it did deserve mention.

Excellent value case for ASUS TF300 at a good price
I have been looking for the TF300 case since I got the ASUS Transformer TF300 T-B1-BL 10.1-Inch 32 GB Tablet (Blue) from Amazon.com for the last two weeks and there are not many options.I have been pondering between the poetic hard case Poetic HardBack Protective Case for Asus Transformer TF300 Black With HandStrap with Built-in Folding Cover - Black (3 Year Manufacturer Warranty From Poetic)(Has Open Slot for Charger Port) (Intergrated HandStrap) ,Navitech case Navitech Genuine Black Bycast Leather Flip Open Carry Case / Cover With Adjustable Stand for the Asus Transformer Pad TF300 10.1 Android 4.0 and this one. There are no reviews except for the Navitech case.Pros1. Elegant and Well built2. Notch for the cameras (2 front and 1 back), headphone jack, speaker, HDMI, charging port, Micro SDHC slot3. Very sturdy when positioned in horizontal position4. cheaper than the other 2 cases discussed.Cons1. Slightly heavier may be because of the build quality2. cannot be positioned verticallyWith $12.95 price, this case provides excellent value. I am glad I chose this one.PS: This item is not prime eligible and shipping was very fast ( estimate was 5-7 days but Received it in 2 days.)Edit :After using it for a week, I like the case even more. The case when placed on the folded side gives a nice 30 degree angle for typing in the meetings. My friends were surprised when i mentioned that the case cost around $12.

Slim and elegant
Bought this for my Asus 300T. For the money, this case can't be beat. It's a very slim case, and when closed it looks just like a little black book. The two viewing angles are just fine. There is no portrait mode angle. It's easy to slip the tablet in and out of the case, for when you don't need that much protection, and it only takes a few seconds to do so. There are magnets in the cover to hold it closed. There's also a little stylus holder on the side, and some business card holders built into the inside of the cover. The only think I don't understand are the two semi-circles above the business card holder. I can't figure out what they are there for. Anyone?UPDATE 04/18/13. The case has stretched so badly that it's unusable. The flap that holds the tablet into the case no longer positions the tablet so that the usable sections are not obscured. Nothing lines up any more. The opening around the power connection has frayed. Trying to use an HDMI cable while the tablet is in the case is a giant pain. I guess for the money and the amount of time I got out of it, it wasn't a horrible deal. Even with a three year warranty I'm not returning it. Better cases are out there now.
