For my wife and I these are great. With universal pairing, I can connect with my cousin (or others) who own different brands (Sena). Recent firmware upgrades make the process even easier! I only needed a system for two persons, but you can get comms for unlimited riders. Choose wisely. However, an app like Discord can allow for unlimited connections. These are great for warning other riders of road hazzards, deer or directions. Onboard radio and music streaming add to these comm’s utility. If you need comms for you and another, these work well ~ I’ve been using these heavily for the past year with no complaints. Love them!

The product itself is great. I don't know why Amazon works with companies that can't ship faster. 5 days to get product even after paying an extra 3 bucks for faster shipping because I needed it for the weekend. Great product terrible shipping. You pay for prime for a reason.

I haven't been able to test the boom mic but I love how flexible yet sturdy it is along with the different foam covers it comes with. Was nervous it wouldn't fit my open face helmet but it fit perfectly! Audio works great! Now just need to test the call and comms for the device.

Item arrived very quickly. Relatively easy to install. Very flexible mic and works very good. Great experience when you use it great pair of speakers. Definitely recommend for those with an open air helmet.

I needed a solution for the Freecom 4X on my 3/4 open face helment -- this worked perfectly.

I bought two of these for a bike trip and they worked great. Easy to install and we were able to communicate without using a full face helmet.

The mic boom does not stay in place if traveling above 40 mph.Do not recommend for half helmets.It may be better for 3/4 helmets but I wouldn’t bet on it.
