I have used this product for a number of years and was first introduced to it at a restaurant that used it. It makes the best biscuits and gravy plus you can always add drippings from turkey, chicken, or any other type of meat to change the flavor a little bit. We always use this for Thanksgiving and Christmas. .

Easy to make, tastes great and feeds a crowd. That's a win, win when cooking breakfast for hungry campers.

This mix is fine. It is not too peppery, you can always add more pepper if you like. I make small batches for my single use. Add a few tablespoons to a cup of water, mix it up and heat on half power in microwave for 30 seconds or so, take it out and mix it up, then do it again. Do this about 4 times then heat on full power for another 30 seconds to finish. It will thicken as it sits. I put it on biscuits and I love it.

For those of you who grew up on biscuits and gravy, this is by far the best "bagged" alternative to making it by scratch. Quick and easy to do, just lower the recipe to how much you need and it will last awhile. I was very impressed and I'm a picky gravy person.

I have really enjoyed using this product. Directions produce a thick product, so thinned it down with milk. I have made up my own recipes, I tried using milk in place of water, very good. I also added cooked bacon crumbles as well as some of the fat Just made the gravy better in flavor and looks.
