Yes I have a canvas head attached to mine.

Is this a good wig stand ?

Yes I like it, i used it to make my wig but the only thing about it is it’s pretty short so you’ll need a table to put it on

Can it fit a regular mannequin or it's only for heads?

I’m not sure what a regular mannequin is but I used A styrofoam head.
