I used one for 10 years
I had one of these for about 10 years and it is great. I have lots of tile in my home and also a garage with painted floor and a 60 X 30 shop with painted floors. Cleans grout lines great and the vac sucks all of the dirty water away. I would not recomend on rough surfaces like bare concrete.
