Where is Calphalon 12 quart non stick soace saver pot made?

Cookware that is manufactured in the USA will have “Toledo Ohio” stamped on the bottom. If this is not stamped on the bottom of the pan, it is manufactured overseas in China.

What is the difference between this and the 12" Frypan? Are the total capacities for each the same?
