I have long legs and 5'6", is 26" bike ok for me?

I am around 5'2 and have the 26" bike but I have the seat and handle bars adjusted to the lowest heights. I was deciding between getting the 24" or 26" and this video helped me decide which would be best for me. Hope this helps!

Does it come assembled?

No, but it only took me about 20 minutes to assemble without help. You just need to attach the tires, handlebars, and seat. The chains are already on the bike. You do need a couple different sized wrenches, or an adjustable one though.

What tools/equipment will I need to assemble the bike?

You will need a 6mm Allen Key and it does not come with the bike.

Thinking about buying how is the quality?

The quality is pretty general, great for a beach cruiser but obviously not a perforce bike.
