Hi, does anyone know how to measure 0.5ml? the label says each 0.5ml contains 101mg of vit e and that's just about the amount i need. thank you.

Before unscrewing, squeeze the dropper & fill the chamber with liquid, then unscrew & hold dropper just inside neck of bottle while squeezing liquid back out of dropper & back into bottle till level reaches the 0.5 mark on dropper & you'll be good to go! Works every time if you follow to the letter :-)

To seller: on reading questions posted, you've replied this contains wheatgerm oil. how is it possible if it is labelled free of gluten?

Can you confirm that it's not d-alpha tocopheryl acetate? d-alpha tocopheryl acetate form of vitamin e has been an issue so i just want to confirm.
