This product come with Gun Extension Set and Ground Cable?

Mine came with everything I needed but the stud collets , It is a nice looking gun and we have shot about 150 to 200 studs and are very pleased with it .

Can this spot weld to stainless steel tanks?

This is not a mig/tig welder, it will not perform spot welding. The type of welding process is called Capacitor Discharge (CD). It welds fasteners to sheet metal.

Can you get longer studs? I am looking to get up to 4" long

We can get longer studs, just depends on stock. What diameter are you looking for in 4' long?

What is the longest #10 stud it can do?

StudPro 2500 will shoot any #10 length. However, the largest stud we stock in Mild Steel is 10-32 x 2-1/2"
