Can you spray goodnight version on head as in to relax mental state for sleep? or is it best to spray on legs?

I am not sure, you can spray it on arms, legs, body back. I use this after training to relieve tight muscles. You would not want to get this near your eyes, nose or mouth. You could try the back of your neck though.

Does it leave your skin greasy? I was hoping to find a cream base, as I hate having greasy skin and worry about my clothes getting greasy too.

My wife uses this on her feet and lower legs to stop her getting cramp. No stains have been noticed but she does rub it well in. She also uses it at night and no stains noticed on the sheets. Using it this has greatly reduced the instances of cramp, especially at night for which I am extremely grateful.

What is this used for

Joint pain ,my mum uses it on her knees . Very good for back pain too.

No it isn’t . As it’s a spray it absorbed easily . The gel is sticky though .
