It is lightweight so does not have the top heavy feel of the Russian military ushenka. It is very warm and comfortable, but only comes in one size. Badge is a nice touch, though perhaps not too PC in current political climes but easily removed. Fold down ear flaps very useful.

Really warm hat, get many a comment, mostly positive. Only minor drawback is that the ‘one size fits all’ is a tad tight. It comes in a size 58 only, despite being given options and advised by seller that it was a size 60. My first order was ‘lost’ after dispatch, and on contact the customer service was initially atrocious. That said it was replaced after several e-mails to and fro. The product itself is great value for money, warm and ideal for purpose. A shame sizing and customer service lets the ‘whole’ product down.

This Russian army style cap is an excellent buy. I managed to wear it for the last two weeks of the snowy and cold weather this year. It is very warm and comfortable to wear as it has a comfortable lining. When the ear flaps are tied down the cold is really is kept out. Definitely good value for the money.

Fantastic value and very warm. However if you have a big head it may be a little small for some. One thing that really surprised me was the volume of water it holds after being caught out in the rain. It doesn't seep through though but it can take some time to dry.

wouldn't wear as an actual hat, mainly for display.. if you're someone with a small head like me, it probably won't fit great 😅 but the hat is good looking! good for the price too ^^
