EFG Cat Cave2-in-1 Tube Cat Mat and Bed

My cat is extremely fussy and wont go in most cat beds I've bought. She refused to use this when set up as a cave or even flat on the floor, however I put it folded over 3 times on a window ledge above a radiator, and she absolutely loves it. Been using it like this for a few years now and she puts herself to bed on it in winter time, and it's high enough at the sides for her to rest her chin on and look out the garden. Can throw it in the washing machine to clean, and use a cat comb to get the hairs off in between. A winner!

Tried it in cave shape and flat hoping cat would get used to it flat first but cat just walked over it - don't think she liked the crackle sound it made. Gave it to a friend who has two cats that are braver and although they tried it, after a couple of days they wouldn't use it either - it ended up in the local cattery, not sure if they found it agreeable with their cats or not. Shame as it is nice looking and soft, but whatever it is filled with doesn't make it cat friendly. Brought a different type of cave and my cat happily goes in that.

Quality not great. This item disappointed my cat and he will no longer look at me.

Its ok, not great doesn't hold shape well, arrived in OK time too. I ordered 2 for each of my cats, one is slightly larger than the other, I'm not sure either is going to fit inside this very well though, as they are very long cats too, for the price its a bit naffreally, more a product of £6-£8. Should've gone cheaper and got a proper igloo bed, £8 on amazon.Nevermind hope they use them, if not they can be used as blankets. I'm sure they will get used somehow

On paper seemed like a goodbidea....Strange materials and Cats wouldn't go near it.Tried for a fair while to see if cats would relent...Returned for refund.

Has nice padding around on the edge and the zip does up well.You can keep your cooled down in the summerBoth my cat and dog enjoys it (have it down all the time. However:When the tunnel is up the top of the tube goes down, Not really a size for a adult cat, but is more a size for a puppy or a kitten when it's been put upCould put some stuffing in the centre for the pets comfort, fur and mud easy get on the bedding but when washed most of it does come out but things like fur is still on it.A year later the product is now falling to pieces the side of the product is starting to wear and tear,so this product should be used for temporary beds only.

So yet again the cat disdains a bed I've bought, worrying he'll be cold in the winter. I washed it as well in case it was the smell but no go. It's useful as a tunnel to pounce toys through but I'll probably end up giving it to the charity shop.....again.

I wasn't particularly pleased with this product. It has no label on if for whether or not it's washable or what the product is made of. No fire safety label either. The lining inside feels like plastic and rustles. It's not as puffy as it looks in the photo that they display with the product. I give it one star because my cat actually likes it. I would return it but my cat had dirty paws when she stood on it, so it's now used. I will replace it with a different cat bed and make sure it has the appropriate labels before I let Florence near it.
