Why are people saying it is not genuine

I bought this watch in November and took it to Ernest Jones to have some links removed from the bracelet. We compared it to the same watch they had in store and they were slightly different. It's a very good replica watch but this is not the real deal! ill happily share the list of items that Ernest Jones picked up on, if it would help. As it is not genuine your manufacturers warranty would be invalid too!!
