Has anyone tried it for bag making, sticking fabric into a metal purse frame?

I haven't but have tried it on various materials so I think it may well work.

Will this work by reattaching metal to cloth to repair sandals?

Hi HazelThe question is specific and ive not done this before - BUT I use it to stick filigree metal pieces to fabric on my collages. I use it for all crafting jobs and many household jobs without a problem. I love this glue as it is so good for all types of surfaces. You do have to leave it to dry as it takes a while to go off. Its not superglue - that bonds in seconds. It does however grab hold of what its sticking together straight away and doesn't let go. Then stays a gelly consistency till it dries hard and firm. I'm not sure if the area is small or large you wish to repair- if its only a small metal piece id opt for superglue or an epoxy glue.If you already tried other glues all I can say is its never let me down...........try it and see. I would have to say no. While it can be strong glue, it takes a long time to dry completely, so your tile would move out of place.
