Which temperature is suitable for use?

I would consider this to be an indoor sleeping bag only. It would only be suitable for outdoor use on very warm summer nights!

Would this work for a ten year old?

The sleeping bag is 4.5 feet long, so if the child is taller than that it will not work.

Im 4 foot 11 will this be good size ?

The sleeping bag is 54 inches which is 4.5 feet so it would be small.

Are these large enough for a 6 year old?

If your 6 year old is under 4.5 feet, than yes.
