Brew this as I'm a big fan off Wheat. It was fairly easy to make and it is a basic kit which requires sugar. I added 500g sugar which is less than the recommended 1Kg. as I wanted about 3.3% strength. The beer needed 5-6 weeks in the bottle to condition rather than the stated 2 weeks. The beer than actual came out was clear and had no taste of wheat based beer as all.What I got was a fairly fizzy lager with massive head and no I didn't bottle it too early.

Not wheaty like a leffe but a nice sort of ale flavour with a good splash of apricot. I brewed this at a fairly well controlled 19 degrees for 2 weeks and bottle conditioned for a month. I used 1.2kg of regular sugar instead of 1kg and the resultant beer tasted great and had quite a kick!

Having used this couple a couple of times now I have to say it's very pleasant indeed. I recently discovered a few bottles that had been hidden away and forgotten about for a couple of years. Popped them in the fridge. Cracked one open and WOW! What a flavour! Definitely be buying this kit again. The Amazon price is reasonable too.
