Would these work to hold down the stand of a christmas tree outside? How heavy are they when filled with gravel?

these products are ok, but not long lasting, i think when filled with gravel perhaps 2 - 3kg, but at this weight they will rip i usually put in about 1.3kg, but hey you have all year to look for something like this right :)
