Q: Does this help to restore hair? Been told oils can help but cant see in description anything about it

My hair was horribly dry due to hard water, over use of tongs. It has helped my hair to become sleek again but I'm it won't cure all the damage. I put it on when my hair is toweled dry. I use quite a lot to start with and as it improves put less on. I hope this helps
