Is the apron attached to the dress?

No the apron is not attached. You put it over the dress. There is also a black ribbon for your hair too.

I feel it does. Especially in the chest. I’m a bit busty, 42 C/D. Dress size 14/16. I got the XL and no way it was going to work on top, although the waist was fine. The 2XL fit perfect but the apron was too big. Had to pin it.
