I am so disappointed in this product! We bought it 2 months ago and used it for the first time today, all seemed well until I was walking across the road with it after having been in the vet (so already had a very upset cat) and the top zip completely came apart and my cat fell out on to the road! I feel so lucky that there was no traffic at the time and, with her being a house cat, that I managed to scoop her up before she could run off. It was difficult enough putting it together but after having tested it in the house and carried her in it for at least 5 minutes I was absolutely shocked this happened!

Broke the second time I used it - the top fell off, which meant I was stuck at the vets with my cat and no secure way to get her home... and now it turns out I can't return it, even though I bought it within the last 6 months?!!!. DON'T BUY THIS it's a complete waste of money. If I could give it Nil stars I would.

This is a nice cat basket and the fold-away feature is brilliant, so much easier to store. My cat was happily sleeping in it as soon as I unpacked it. However, a word of caution for those of you with naughty cats - I tried to take mine to the vets this morning and couldn't get her in the basket. Because the case is made from a sort of hard foam she was able to dig her claws into the sides in a way she normally couldn't with a hard-case so she was impossible to manoeuvre. So, I'd recommend it but beware if you have feisty cats that you need to wrangle on your own.

A really good space saving idea. We used ours to transport our two kittens home. It was a good size. As they get bigger we’ll buy a second one. It’s sturdy enough despite packing down flat. The kittens feel so comfortable with it that they often use it to sleep in. (See photos)

My Tizzy (name of my kitty) loves this carrier which I purchased for an upcoming move, thought to use as a bed first and then to move (home) her in once she's use to it, she's not a fan of carriers which is why I went for a different style than the 'normal ' carrier.She was a big fan of Amazon delivery boxes, as soon as I opened one she was in it and fell asleep in them as beds I have several scattered about our house now hopefully I can condense them down for the recycling bin!!Do I recommend this item?...most definitely I do !One of my many best buys from amazon, one happy kitty mommy!Had it for 4 days now and she now no longer sleeps in Amazon boxes, she loves her new bed.

We have 2 of these for our adult male cats (5-6kg each).Good carriers, easy enough to put together etc. My only critisism is that the handle doesn't feel like it is very safe, so we support ours underneath while carrying.

I like this pet carrier because it is much more manageable than the bulky plastic container that I had been using, especially if you have to carry your pet any distance from your car to the vet’s for example and it comes with a small mat inside, so you’re ready to go once you’ve zipped it together. The fact that it collapses, making it compact and flat means it’s much easier to store. I am very pleased that I bought this product!

I bought this for collecting our new rag doll kitten, i wanted something safe, compact for storage and big enough to last when he grows.It not difficult to put together just fiddley, took a couple of attempts to get the zips lined up.this doesn't take away from the fact it stores down really compact and when i was collecting the kitten, Dad cat got into the carrier and made himself at home so I know its big enough for the future!! Win Win. I dont need my carrier all the time its gonna be long car journeys (like holidays) and vets and I have two children so enough clutter without cat clutter too!! This carrier is perfect well worth the money!!
