Makes very cute cookies.
The media could not be loaded. These molds make gorgeous cookies. They’re a bit bigger than your average thumbprint cookie’s, but that was a plus for me. The impressions are very clear. I dusted the forms with powdered sugar, pressed in the dough, scraped some off from the bottom, and pulled the dough slightly away from the edges. A little tap releases the cookie easily. I included a video I made. Clean up was very easy. I just used my brush to clean out the crevices before the dough dried and lightly oiled the forms to store away.

Makes beautiful cookies
I bought this for a unique Christmas cookie idea and I love the results. Now, I must state that I have only used this was one cookie recipe and cannot speak as whether the results will be the same for you.I figured in order to ensure the mold truly remained in tact, I decided to make gingerbread cookies using this mold. As you can see, the outcome is beautiful. For those still reading, I’d like to make two suggestions as it can be difficult to get it out without breakage in one form or another.1) Use a touch of baking spray, (I used the floured one) but be careful not to overspray. *as fine as the details of the mold are, I felt it may cause too much flour to transfer over, but you may have better luck.2) Just slightly overfill the mold. Spread it toward the edges, and then it’ll be easier to begin the initial peel back. I did this upside down slowly allowing the pine one to rest on my fingertips as my thumb gently peeled it back from the inside. It may seem like a process, but it’s worth it.Hope this review helps!

Fantastic
When I make "thumb print" cookies, I usually use a THUMB or small measuring spoon to make the indent. This year for my holiday cookie order, I used this!!I absolutely love it. It really elevated the appearance of the cookie. You HAVE to flour the mold each time to get a perfect "release". ( or sprinkle the mold with more granulated sugar.)So pleased with this product.
