Are these good for above the top lip

I do not smoke either but I have "purse mouth" !! Never smoked .so smoking is not always the cause ..so I hope these strips do something

Can I use these for vertical lip lines

You can use them for lip lines but I have found a better product called 'smoothies' . They are clear and are self adhesive unlike frownies. They stay on much better and are not easy to see when they are in your face. I get the triangular ones and put them in my lip lines (sleep lines mainly) over night... a big improvement.

Are these patches for women only?

There's no reason that frownies can't be used by anyone, either men or women. Try them out and see what the results are. Good luck!

Do These work on Elevens lines between brows?

You need the other Frownies facial patches which are called ‘Forehead & Between Eyes’. The shape of these being triangular therefore perfect to cover the entire ‘elevenses’ line
