Nice mold, larger than expected
Really a very lovely bee mold to create any variety of garnishes - from sweet to savory.I've used many of this type of silicone mold and have found that they perform just as well in the oven as they do at room temperature. The details of the bee are quite nice, but not so overly done to make demolding an issue. Of course, the form will be delicate, so care is needed during demolding but if your recipe is good, so should get perfect (or near perfect) forms every time.A great addition to your collection if you like up your plating game with formed garnishes.
