GelpacksDirect Heated Neck Wrap - Soothing Microwave Neck Warmer - Ice Pack for Neck Pain Relief

This product came by the estimated delivery time which was great seeing as I needed it asap. I'm currently using it for pain/headache post chiropractic adjustment so having a pouch with a strap to keep it in place is really what I needed. The only small downside is that the elasticated strap can cut into the underside of your chin, or your neck, depending on how well you position it seeing as it's a fairly wide band. Not a major issue, especially for people that use it elsewhere on the body or prefer not to use it at all.I haven't tried it as a heat pack yet as it wasn't my original intention but I just might give it a go sooner or later. I definitely like that the gel pack cools quickly - you have to wait ages for some others to 'freeze'! It also stays cold for a good long time and is flexible to mould to the shape of whatever it is you might be icing. Overall, very happy with the purchase so far.

Brilliant for the neck, works very well, I was wrapping the strap the whole way around my neck, hence the strap was far too tight/short, but I was doing it wrong. Here are clearer instructions, The strap should be attached to one side of the pouch, then placed - black mesh towards the skin, The loose side of the strap should then be wrapped around your neck to reach the other side of the pouch.

Nice sized gel pack used for a cold compress. The cover is simple and effective at preventing freezer burns. The only criticism/improvement I would make is that the elastic, although nice and long, cannot be altered, so although it would be suitable for a variety of injuries, you'd struggle to keep it on your arm, ankle or even a knee, as it would be far too loose. A shame, as this would make it much more flexible.It's still very useful and effective, and I would definitely recommend it.

The gel pad and cover are great hot and cold...provides great pain relief...strap however in my opinion is too wide, so uncomfortable to use to secure round your neck, but would be ok on wrists etc...

Nice idea much better than frozen peas or such like I use straight from the freezer and have been using it for only 3 days but already can feel the relief. Hoping it will cut down on visits to chiropractors and therefore will work out as a great money saver and it's always there for the future.Speedy delivery, generally very pleased with item

I would highly recommend this product. I have suffered with neck/head/shoulder pain for the past ten years and have been receiving weekly physiotherapy and taking painkillers. Since getting this product one month ago I have improved considerably. I have reduced the physiotherapy sessions and medication. Most of my pain comes from sitting at my computer for 9 hours a day. The gel pack not only prevents the muscles in my neck from contracting, it also keeps my neck in a good position, thus preventing the damaging from happening in the first place. It is so easy to use and can be worn discreetly at my desk. I'm so happy I got this. P.S. This is the first review I have ever written, but this product is so good I felt it deserved a mention.

It helped relieve my neck pain. I've only used it hot so far. It does need reheating after about 30 mins or so. Also sometimes it's hard to keep it in place around the top of my neck/base of my head - but it's an odd shape so understandable.

Quite simplistic item I was expecting an all in one item but its merely a gel pack with a bandage strap to hold it to your neck - I was hoping for just a strap that you just tie round your neck so am a bit disappointed as this should be in the description and they need more photos on the advert.There are other items cheaper on ebay but this seems quality so one star off for being a two piece and not having enough description in the advert!Have been trying this and its pretty useless as the heat only lasts for 10-15 minutes so another two stars off - my old hot watty bottle is far better as it last for hours - bit of a bugger keeping it strapped to my neck mind you lol

j'ai utilisé cette poche de gel pour soulager un torticolis très douloureux je suis ravi de ne plus souffrir car il m'étais impossible de tourner la tête en voiture ce qui est très dangereux et risqué cette poche que j'ai chauffé 30 secondes au micro-ondes m' apporté un soulagement après plusieurs utilisations je conseille a d'autres clients
